Jr. Vice Commander - Air Force

Enlisted in the Air Force April 1970. After basic training & school was ordered to Utapao AFB in Thailand working in muntions maintenace. After a year was sent to Eglin AFB Florida and was assigned to the Test Wing as a weapons loader on the flightline. From there I moved to the Explosive testing Laboratory where I worked on a remote site for the remainder of my service. 
 I joined the VFW after retiring early in 2016. I worked on the 75th Anniversary Celebration and soon after ran for Jr. Vice Commander a position I have remained in ever since.
 I am married, my wife Lorraine is a member of our Auxiliary we have 2 children, 3 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
