Spacious and Comfortable Capacity
The banquet hall comfortably accommodates up to 150 guests, making it perfect for weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties, graduation celebrations, retirement parties, reunions, and community events. During the holiday season (Thanksgiving through January 15th), the hall is beautifully decorated with Christmas trees and festive décor, creating a warm seasonal setting while accommodating up to 120 guests.

Your event takes place in a separate banquet hall, providing privacy and a comfortable atmosphere for you and your guests. The hall also includes dedicated restrooms exclusively for banquet guests.

The banquet hall features its own bar, allowing guests to enjoy refreshments without leaving the celebration area.
Dance Floor for Music and Entertainment
Whether you bring in a DJ, live band, or simply want guests dancing the night away, the hall includes a spacious dance floor.

Support a Community Veterans Organization
Hosting your event at Bremen VFW Post 2791 supports a respected veteran's organization that has proudly served the community and our nation’s veterans for generations.
In order to secure a date, the renter must call for an appointment to sign a contract and provide a deposit. The deposit includes:
One half (1/2) of the total hall rental fee
A non-refundable set-up/clean-up fee
Parties of over 50 guests require a staffing fee.
The remaining balance must be paid in full two (2) weeks prior to the event date.
Parties of over 50 guests also require a minimum bar tab.
(Call for details regarding minimums.)
Guests pay for their beverages individually as they are served.
If guest purchases do not meet the minimum bar tab requirement, the renter will be responsible for paying the difference.
As guests order beverages, the bartender will maintain a running tab.
At the end of the event, the renter must pay the tab in full.
The renter may set a maximum dollar amount for the tab, provided it is not less than the minimum bar requirement.
When the specified limit is reached, the bartender will notify the renter and the renter may:
Increase the tab amount, or
Switch to the cash bar option.
The renter may choose to cover certain beverages while guests pay for others.
Example:
The renter may run a tab for beer, wine, or soda, while liquor and mixed drinks are paid for by the guests.
At the end of the party, the renter must pay the tab in full.
All open bar packages include four (4) hours of bar service, regardless of the total length of the hall rental (unless otherwise agreed upon).

The selected open bar package is charged per person for guests age 21 and over.
Guests under 21 years of age are charged one-half (1/2) of the per-person package cost.

These beverage packages are separate costs and are not included in the minimum bar tab requirement.
All beverages must be purchased and consumed on site at the VFW.
Outside beverages are not permitted.
Champagne may be available with two (2) weeks advance notice at a per-bottle cost.
Plastic disposable glasses commonly used for toasts are included.
Champagne is not included in the minimum bar tab requirement and is considered a separate cost.
